Various Chief Agriculture Officer offices of Uttarakhand state are inviting applications for registration for all agricultural machinery and custom hiring centers etc. In this sequence, Agriculture Officer Haridwar has issued a press release dated 29.07.2021.

All the farmers/farmer groups of district Haridwar are informed that the process of registration for all the agricultural machines and custom hiring centers etc. in the district has started on the Government of India's DBT Portal https://agrimachinery.nic.in

Subsidy on agricultural machinery will be made available to eligible farmers only.

Before purchasing the machine, the farmer himself should verify the eligibility.

For more information related to eligibility, contact your Nyaya Panchayat In-charge / Development Block In-charge / Agriculture and Land Conservation Officer / Chief Agriculture Officer.

Grant will not be provided to the ineligible farmers even after the equipment is purchased.

Therefore, interested farmers / farming groups / local self-help groups / rural entrepreneurs / farmer producer groups / village service cooperative societies etc. can register / apply online on the portal for agricultural machinery / custom hiring center as follows.


Procedure to register on DBT Portal to get subsidy on agricultural machinery:

First of all, for the application of Krishak Machinery, you have to register on https://agrimachinery.nic.in.

After clicking on Register on the portal, click on FARMER on the drop down list.

Krishak Bandhu, after filling the desired information through his Aadhar number or mobile number or name (name as per Aadhar card), get login id and password.

After signing in to Krishak Portal through generated login and password, upload your desired details through scanned copy jpeg or pdf (Scanned JPEG / png. Max Size 100 kb) on the farmer (Add Farmer Details)

(Aadhar card of farmers, passport size photograph, land tax receipt, Khatauni, first page of bank passbook, mobile number, caste certificate etc.)

After clicking on Add / view application in the profile, you can submit the proposal of your desired personal machine or Custom Hiring Center (Application For CHC) on New Registration.

The list of development block wise targets and dealers for the machines will be displayed on the portal.

The farmer has to select the registered dealer within seven days of the above process. Otherwise / in case of delay, the application will be automatically canceled and after the rejection / cancellation of the application, the farmer will not be able to make any application for the same machine for a gap of 02 months.

 Once the dealer is selected, it cannot be changed.

 Information about successful submission of farmers' application will be sent to registered mobile no. M / s. The farmers will get the application number and pin number through this.

If the selected agricultural machine is not purchased by the farmer from the selected dealer within the stipulated period, then the application of the farmer will be rejected / canceled.

A copy of all the forms and bills of the farmers will have to be uploaded by the dealer on the portal.

The make model and serial number of the agricultural machine will have to be mentioned on the bill.

 The farmers will get the benefit of the grant only when he fulfills all the points of grant eligibility.

 After verification of the bills of the concerned dealer by the manufacturing firm, the physical verification of the agricultural machines will be done by the concerned officers of the Agriculture Department.

At the time of on-site physical verification of agricultural machines, according to the purchase bill of the agricultural machinery, only if the equipment is found according to the complete specification, will be eligible for the grant provided by the Agriculture Department.

The waiting list of farmers will be valid only till the end of the current financial year. (From 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022)

 Development block wise targets will be uploaded on Government of India portal https://agrimachinery.nic.in on 09.08.2021 from 11.00 am.

Group / Committee / FPO to apply online for Custom Hiring Center / Farm Machinery Bank. etc. is required to be registered.

While approving the applications received online of the Custom Hiring Center, it will be kept in mind that in the past how many Custom Hiring Centers have been established in the Gram Panchayat area from where the application has been received.

Along with this, giving preference to the online applications of those Nyaya Panchayats in which Custom Hiring Centers / Farm Machinery Banks have not yet been established, approval will be given by the District Level Committee.

The selection of beneficiaries in the scheme is based on the principle of "first come first serve".

The machines purchased by the farmer / group of farmers on grant will not be sold for five years.

Its affidavit will also be taken from the farmer/group.
