The process of reading Khatouni in the revenue village will
be done by the revenue or tehsil level officer. After this, a village-wise
program will be surveyed by Lekhpal. During this time, the interested

Action to be held from 2022
In the meantime, your application will go through online
checkout process by Lekhpal. In relation to the case / application received by
the Lekhpal, the Lekhpal will mark the name of the legal heir after the
terrestrial and archival investigation, in the case of the accountant, on the
portal to clear his account.
If any wrong details have been mentioned in the application
and the accountant agrees with it, then he has to clearly mention the reason.
The account will be sent online by the Lekhpal to the Revenue
Inspector within 5 days, indicating the clear cause of the dispute.
If the Lekhpal agrees, will he forward the revenue to the
inspector by pressing the consent button
Work to be done between 2022
The process of checking and passing orders will be completed
by the inspector.
Committee meeting will be held for the meeting to be
publicized by the District Magistrate
In the open meeting, the details of the inquiry report
filled by the applicant and by the accountant will be read publicly.
If any objection / will
is received, the local succession order will be passed, mentioning the complete
details of the information received in its online number.
In the related case, the revenue inspector will fill his
inquiry report on the online portal.
After registering the renaming order of the Revenue
Inspector in the renaming ledger six, action will be taken to mark the entry of
Khatauni in the Bhulekh software after online revenue inspector office.

completing all pending cases of undisputed succession will be ensured by the
District Officer / Additional District Officer / Deputy District Officer and
other district level officers.
