Chief Minister directed to complete the recruitment process
of 31,661 assistant teachers in Basic Education Department in a week, the State
Government is committed to provide adequate employment opportunities to the
youth including jobs:
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed to complete the recruitment process of 31,661 assistant teachers in the Basic Education Department in a week.
He said that the State Government is committed to provide adequate employment opportunities to the youth including jobs. Giving this information here today, a spokesperson of the state government said that The TET examination was conducted by the Basic Education Department for the recruitment of 69,000 vacant posts of assistant teachers on January 2022
The minimum 65 percent for the general category and backward class and 60% for other category candidates cutoff set for passing the TET examination by the government order issued on-
A minimum of 60 percent marks was set for reserved classes. In
respect of this mandate, certain candidates in the Hon’ble High Court held writ
petitions. In the main writ petition Ramsharan Maurya v. State Government and
others, the decision was given by the Hon'ble High Court in favor of the
Government on -
In Special Permit Petition No. 1-11198 / 2021 Ramsharan Maurya & Ors v. State Government & Others, the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 21 May 2020 directed the State Government to hold the remaining posts except the posts of Assistant Teachers held by Shikshamitras.
The recruitment process should be completed.
Therefore, the Chief Minister has ordered that the recruitment process for 31661 posts should be completed in a week.

जी ने बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में 31,661 सहायक अध्यापकों
की भर्ती प्रक्रिया को एक सप्ताह में पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि
प्रदेश सरकार युवाओं को नौकरी सहित रोजगार के पर्याप्त अवसर उपलब्ध कराने के लिए कृतसंकल्पित
है। यह जानकारी आज यहां देते हुए राज्य सरकार के प्रवक्ता ने बताया कि बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा सहायक अध्यापकों के 69,000 रिक्त पदों पर भर्ती के लिए 06 जनवरी, 2019 को टी0टी0ई0 की परीक्षा कराई गई थी
07 जनवरी, 2019 को निर्गत शासनादेश
द्वारा टी0टी0ई0 परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण हेतु सामान्य वर्ग
के लिए न्यूनतम 65 प्रतिशत तथा पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं अन्य आरक्षित
वर्गों के लिए न्यूनतम 60 प्रतिशत अंक निर्धारित
किया गया था।
इस शासनादेश के सम्बन्ध में कतिपय अभ्यर्थियों
द्वारा मा० उच्च न्यायालय में रिट याचिकाएं योजित की गई थी। मुख्य रिट याचिका रामशरण
मौर्या बनाम राज्य सरकार व अन्य में मा० उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा 29 मार्च, 2020 को शासन के पक्ष में
निर्णय दिया गया।
विशेष अनुज्ञा याचिका सं0-11198/2020 रामशरण मौर्या व अन्य बनाम राज्य सरकार व अन्य में मा0 उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा 21 मई, 2020 को पारित आदेश में राज्य सरकार को यह निर्देश
दिए गए कि शिक्षामित्रों द्वारा धारित सहायक अध्यापकों के पदों को छोड़कर शेष पदों
पर भर्ती की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण की जाए। अतः मुख्यमंत्री जी ने आदेश दिया है कि 31.661 पदों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया एक सप्ताह में पूर्ण कर ली जाए।
