Life insurance Corporation (LIC) has published official model paper, sample question paper for assistant examination phase 2. All those candidates who have been declared qualified in the phase 1 examination of assistant post now they can download model question paper for upcoming mains examination of assistant post.
Syllabus and details question paper of assistant examination has been published for part A States part B states and part C States. Examination for assistant post mains will be held online at different examination centre of all over India.
LIC Assistant Exam Pattern
Written examination for assistant post will carry 200 marks for 200 questions. Total 2 hours and 30 minutes time duration will be given for attempting the question paper. Questions will be asked from general and financial awareness, general English, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability and computer aptitude with Hindi language. total 40 questions will be asked from each section. Question will asked in Hindi and English languages.
Minimum qualifying Cutoff marks
Each category of candidates are required to score Minimum qualifying Cutoff marks
In mains examination.
Minimum qualifying cut off marks for SC ST and PWD candidates is 14 marks in each section and for other category candidates minimum qualifying cut off marks is 16 marks in each section.
How ever, questions of the part c state will be asked from general awareness financial awareness, general English, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability and computer aptitude.
All questions of the examination will be objective type and MCQ based.
Negative marking will be applicable in this examination. for each incorrect answer one fourth mark will be deducted as a minus marking. so be careful before the attempting the full questions.
