In this regard, an order has been issued on 22 November 2018, 28 November 2018, 14 March 2019, under which provision has been made to merge the primary and upper primary schools of the Basic Shiksha Parishad operating on the same campus.
In connection with this some schools have filed a writ petition in the Hon'ble High Court, hearing of which starts on 26 July, and the hearing is still continue on.
On behalf of UTA State President Rajendra Singh Rathore, others, including Seemant Singh, Radha Kant Ojha, Ashok Khare, Sanjay Singh, and other advocates are debating the issue of Sanvillian. The petitioners demand that the practical process of merger of Prathmik evam uccha prathmik Vidyalaya operating in the same premises be immediately canceled.
After the merger, now the position of cooks is also being adjusted, in which additional cooks are being removed. Under this, the posts of Assistant Teacher Upper Primary School and Principal Primary Schools have also been abolished after the merger, because now only one headmaster will work in the meritorious schools.
A writ relating to this has been filed in the High Court. The government ordered a merger of ho primary schools running on the same campus, and this action was to be completed by 1 April. But so far this action cannot be completed in many districts. After the merger, the work of the headmaster of the school is being given to the senior most teacher in upper primary and primary schools.
So far, the court has not given its decision in this matter, but because of this the Basic Education Department has stepped back from this process. Basic education officers of most districts say that whatever decision will be taken by the court will be implemented.
The petitioners say that their lawyer Khare Saheb and the panel have also engaged with the arguments.
