Order regarding childcare leave CCL Supreme Court Order

This article can be very beneficial for women employees and teachers working in various government department, offices and Basic shiksha  Parishad schools. Child care leave CCL is the right of all women. Any female worker is entitled to leave for two consecutive years. This decision has been given by the Supreme Court. Under this, women working in government department entitled to leave for two consecutive years with salary.

Women workers of Central govt. are eligible for leave for two consecutive years. The Supreme Court said that there should be no hindrance in the holidays for the care of children. Leave can be granted not only for care, but also for preparation for examination and service in sickness.
The central government has given a lot of relief to the women employees. The central government's Female Employee can take two consecutive years Avkash to take care of their children. By the way, not only for the upbringing of children, but can also take leave for service in sickness, preparation for examination. Supreme Court justices SJ Mukhopadhyay and Gopal Gowda have dismissed the Kolkata High Court's decision in this regard.
 The bench said that it is clear from the circular of the Central Government that women employees who have children below 18 years can take a maximum of 730 days of leave to take care of them. That is, you can use 2 years leave to take care of up to two children during the entire duration of their job.
Holidays can be taken in addition to caring for young children, preparing for exams and serving in sickness. The bench said that even after 730 days, child care leave, ie CCL, can be combined with the rest of the holidays.
The bench said that the rules cited by the Kolkata High Court were neither based on Rule 46C nor on the instructions issued by the government.
The Supreme Court's decision came on the petition of Kakali Ghosh, a central government employee. In which he was refused 730 days leave to prepare the child for senior secondary examination.
