The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has changed the pattern for its upcoming examinations. Now internal assessment will also be done in the upcoming exams. The Central Board of Secondary Education has released a new syllabus, question paper pattenr in this regard. Recently, a circular related to this pattern change has been issued, under which it is said that there will now be an internal assessment of 20 Marks. It will be mandatory for all students to score at least 6 marks.
All schools have been informed about the changed pattern. The Central Board of Secondary Education has changed the exam pattern for the year 2020. Now in most of the subjects which did not have internal assessment, internal assessment has now been implemented, which has made it at least mandatory for the candidates to pass 4 marks, by applying the internal assessment in most of those subjects  .
The maximum marks of internal assessment is 20, it will be mandatory to bring at least 6 marks in it for the board candidates to pass. The board has released the list of minimum and maximum marks in theory, project and internal assessment for the students of class 10 to class 12.
According to the latest circular of CBSE, an examiner will be appointed by the board to take the project, practical examination. But only the teachers of the internal assessment school will do it.
 According to the circular issued from the board, a student of class X will have to score 33% by combining practical and theory in each subject to pass. But for students studying in class 12, it will be compulsory to bring 33% marks for internal assessment separately with practical and theory.
The same class 12 examination was done for Hindi, English, Mathematics subjects, 100 marks. Whereas now, internal assessment of 20 points will also be done in these too.
For subjects whose examination was of 70 marks, it will be mandatory to bring a minimum of 23 marks and 9 marks in the practical examination of 30.
CBSE has also released the time table for the pre board examination. The board has decided to conduct tenth and twelfth grade board examinations from 16 to 30 December. Besides, schools have also been directed to conduct board exams in one shift instead of two shifts.
