AP Postal Circle Gramin Dak Sevak Vacancy 2296 Post 2021 GDS vacancy Postal Department Recruitment Notification GDS Online Registration Application Form Eligibility Selection procedure 

  Office of the chief postmaster general, Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle AP has Published the official notification No. RE/APCO/3-11/2020  for the direct recruitment of  GRAMIN DAK SEVAK  GDS IN POSTAL/RMS DIVISIONS OF ANDHRA PRADESH POSTAL CIRCLE. Application form is invited online from the eligible candidates for the posts of GDS Gramin Dak Sevak posts. Selected GDS are required to perform duty beyond a maximum 5 years hours daily.

  The categories of Gramin Dak Sevaks for which applications invited are as follows-
i. Gramin Dak Sevak Branch Postmaster (GDS BPM)
ii. Gramin Dak Sevak Mail Deliverer (GDSMD)
iii. Gramin Dak Sevak Mail Carrier (GDS MC)
iv. Gramin Dak Sevak Mail Packer ( GDS Packer)
v. Gramin Dak Sevak Stamp Vendor (GDS Stamp Vendor)
vi. Gramin Dak Sevak Mailman (GDSMM)

Eligibility Criteria: as on 27 January 2021
 Age Limit: General category minimum 18 year and maximum 40 year. Reserved category candidates will get relaxation in maximum age limit.

Education qualification:
Secondary School Examination pass certificate of 10th standard with passing marks in Mathematics and English (having been studied as compulsory or elective subjects)

Compulsory knowledge of Local Language The candidate should have studied the local language at least up to 10th standard [as compulsory or elective subjects] as declared by the State Government

Selection procedure: .
Selection will be made as per the automatic generated merit list as per the rules based on the Candidates online submitted applications.
No weightage will be given for higher educational qualification. Only marks obtained in 10th standard of approved Boards aggregated to percentage to the accuracy of 4 decimals will be thecriteria for finalizing the selection. Passing of all the subjects as per the respective approved board norms is mandatory subject to the conditions referred in Clause B of Notifications pertaining to Required Educational Qualifications for taking candidate into account for calculating the merit.

Application Form fee: rs 100 for all categories of the posts.

Exam Fee: rs 100 for General and OBC all Male, and there is no application form fee for SC , ST, PWD and women category . 
You can pay application form fee in form of Challan form.
