Very good news is coming to the students waiting for
notifications of Inspire Scholarship Scheme. Under Protshan chhatravriti Yojana,
the dates for applying for scholarship have been announced. Filling up the
application forms for Inspire Scholarship has started. National Institute of
Science Technology, New Delhi, will award scholarships to Intermediate passed
candidates of the UP Board of candidates and other Board. All meritorious
students who receive at least 409 points in Intermediate from UPSMP (UP Board) can
make their applications online under this scheme. National Institute of Science
Technology will provide scholarships to the UP board students under Secondary
Inspire Scheme. Under the Inspire Scheme, candidates who have passed the U.P.
Board Intermediate Examination 2022 from Up Madhyamik shiksha parishad who are
entering the graduate or Integrated Post Graduate Class in Basic and Natural
Science courses for scholarship will be eligible. According to the Secretary of
the Board of secondary education UP, Nina Shrivastav, you can apply on the
official website of the institution for scholarship.
Online application is starting on October 2022. The
last date for filing application form is 15 October 2022. Candidates will be
required to upload the documents online at the time of application. A total of
approximately 12,000 scholarships will be provided under this scheme. All board
students such as CBSE Board, UP board, ICSE can apply for this scheme. Students
of BSc / B.Sc 5 Year Integrated Course are eligible for application under this

Scope of Subjects under INSPIRE Scholarship
The following subjects under Basic and Natural Sciences are
within the scope of INSPIRE
Scholarship for pursuing B.Sc./BS/Int. MSc/Int. MS
course:
(1) Physics, (2) Chemistry, (3) Mathematics, (4) Biology,
(5) Statistics, (6) Geology, (7)
Astrophysics, (8) Astronomy, (9) Electronics, (10) Botany,
(11) Zoology, (12) Bio-chemistry, (13) Anthropology, (14) Microbiology, (15)
Geophysics, (16) Geochemistry, (17) Atmospheric Sciences & (18) Oceanic
Sciences.
Eligibility Criteria: Education Qualification:
Passed Class XII in the year 2022 only from various Recognized
Indian State and Central Boards and studying regular courses in natural/ basic
sciences at three years B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons), four years B.S and five years integrated
M.Sc./M.S. programs
Fund provided under this scheme: Rs. 80,000/- annually
the cash value payable to the
SHE scholarship holder is Rs. 60,000/- per annum along with
a summer time attachment fee of Rs. 20,000/- which will be paid for undertaking
summer time research project.
Duration of the Support
Selected candidates will be supported for a maximum period
of five years starting from
1st year course in B.Sc., B.Sc. (Hons), BS and integrated
course leading to M.S. or M.Sc. or till the completion of the course
