Bar Council of India (BCI) has issued notification for All
India Bar Examination (AIBE XVI 2022). All the candidates who wish to apply
for All India Bar Examination can do their application online. This examination
is now a compulsory exam. You can practice as an advocate only after qualifying
this exam. All the law graduate candidates can participate in this examination.
The main purpose of this examination is to test the qualifications of the
candidates. Only after passing the exam student of the law can start the career
as a Advocate. After passing the examination, the candidates are awarded with Certificate
of Practice Bar Council of India. This examination is conducted in 40 cities
across India. Candidates can give this examination in 11 languages. Exam
pattern is very easy. All questions are asked of objective type. This is an
open book exam, which means you can also answer questions in the examination. You
can also take your books inside the examination center.
If you are a student of
the law, you must definitely attend this exam; otherwise you can not practice
this exam.
