will be 42 year for general candidates, 45 year for OBC and 47 year for SC /ST
category candidates.
Only serving regular Railway employees of North
Central Railway and RWF/YNK who are working in the Pay Matrix Level 5 and below
of 7th CPC (Excluding MACP) are eligible
Selection process: selection of the eligible candidates
will be based on through the general department competitive examination GDCE
from the all eligible regular serving railway employee of NCR RWF / YNK.
Their will be single stage computer based
CBT examination followed by the document verification medical examination test.
Question paper pattern Syllabus of the
written examination: selection
of the eligible candidates will be based on through CBT Test. All questions of
the online examination will be objective type and MCQ based.
Standard of the questions for the Computer
Based Test (CBT) will generally be in conformity with the educational standards
prescribed for the post. The questions are likely to include subjects
pertaining to General awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and
Reasoning. The question paper will have 100 questions, each carrying one mark
and the duration of the examination is 90 minutes
Negative marking will be applicable in this
examination. For each incorrect answer 1/3 marks will be deducted as a minus
marking.
