ST, & SC development and minority & other backward
class welfare department, government of Odisha published the official
recruitment notification for post matric scholarship online registration. All
eligible candidates who hold the eligibility criteria for Orissa pms they can fill application form online at the official
website of scholarship portal prerana. All eligible sc, st, obc and sebc candidates who are studying in post matriculation or
post secondary stage, are informed that they can fill online form at the
official website of PMB. This scholarship is provided
as a financial assistant for poor students who are studying in national level
college, institutes, and universities.
Eligibility criteria for Odisha post matric scholarship
Cast certificate: only ST/ SC , OBC,
EBC candidates can fill application form.
Education qualification: students must be studying in general
/ technical or professional program offered by government, government added, or
private college and institutes. OBC, EBC students are
require to score at least 50% marks in concerned education program and coerces
for getting the benefit of the scholarship / vajifa in
previous year examination.
Domicile certificate: only domicile certificate holder of the
Odisha district is eligible for this scheme.
Family income certificate: Family income of the applicant
must not be more then 2.5 lakh per year. Annual income limit for OBC, SEBC will be 1 lakh per year.

Post Matric Scholarship for Minority
The Govt. of India in the Ministry of Minority Affairs has
been implementing the scheme of Post Matric Scholarship for students from class
XI to PhD(Except Professional/Technical Courses in Degree &
PG.) in the minority communities :- under the Prime Minister’s 15 point programme for the Welfare of Minorities announced in June
2006.
Eligibility
The annual income of the parent/guardian of the students will
not exceed Rs.2,00,000/-
30% of the Scholarship are earmarked
for girl students.
