Allahabad University now going to publish official recruitment notification for filling 537 posts of teacher and academic posts and 270 non academic posts. Official recruitment notification will likely to publish on 16 January 2016. Currently there are 852 posts in AU Allahabad but only 315 posts are filled. Remaining 537 posts are vacant. Registrar of Allahabad vishvvidyaay said its expected that notification will be published on 16 January 2016. Recruitment process will be completed before the starting of new academic session which will be started from July 2016.

Qualification Required: A candidate should possess Doctoral Degree and consistently good academic background throughout for “Associate Professor” & “Professor” posts. For the post of Assistant Professor, candidates need to have PG Degree with NET / SET / SLET either of these qualifications.
