posts of Steno , UDC upper divisional clerk , Multi tasking staff MTS and lower

Salary: 7th pay commission Level 4 (25500-81100) for STENO and UDC
7th pay commission Level 1 (18000-56900) for MTS
Eligibility Criteria :
Age limit : 18-27 for Steno and UDC and 18-25 for MTS as on
15 February 2022
Education qualification :
- Stenographer : Intermediate + 80 Word Per minutes in stenography in English or Hindi
- UDC upper divisional clerk : graduation degree
- MTS : High school .
Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates
will be based on through the written examination followed by skill Test
Stenographer posts Written exam pattern and Syllabus as ar following
- Question of the written test will be objective type and MCQ based .
- Total 2 hour time duration will be given for attempting the question paper . written exam will be started from 10 and will be completed on 12 Noon .
- Question will be asked from General English and general awareness .
- 10 questions will be asked from general English and 100 questions will be asked from general awareness .
- Question paper medium will be Hindi and English language .
- Over all maximum marks will be 200 for Likhit bharti pariksha .
- The level of difficulty will be as the educational qualification prescribed for thepost. There will be negative marking at the rate of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
Stenography test :
This test will be qualifying nature . 10 minutes will be
given for typing with a speed of 80 wpm in English of hindi and
transcription of the same onf computer
for one hours . mention your mode of
typing in application form .
Computer skill test / : this test will be held for testing
the assess working knowledge of the computer . this test will be qualifying
natiue either in English or Hindi language .
Computer test will comprise three parts
Part A Preparation of two Power Point Presentations/Slides
on MS-Power Point - 10 Marks.
Part B Typing a letter/passage/paragraph of about 150-200
words in MS-Word - 20 Marks.
Part C Preparation of Table/Database in MS-Excel - 20 Marks.
The total marks of the Computer Skill Test shall be 50
(fifty) with duration of 30 minutes for completing all the three parts. The
candidates shall be given the text/matter in the Question Paper which they have
to type/reproduce in the Answer Sheet including formatting of text and use of
formulae etc

Skill test : will be same as stenographer posts which is
mentioned above.
Pattern of MTS posts : will be same as pattern mentioned for
UDC posts The level of difficulty will
be as the educational qualification of the respective post.
Final selection will be based on through the written examination,
Stenography test or Skill Test .
MODE OF SELECTION/SELECTION CRITERIA FOR THE POST OF MTS
a) The Selection for the post of MTS will be made on the
basis of Written Test only.
b) The Qualifying Marks in Paper-I – will be 40% for
Unreserved (UR) Category and
35% for Reserve Categories (SC/ST/OBC) and Sub Category
(PWD/Ex-Servicemen ).
