Recently Basic shiksha parishad BSP uttar pradesh published the official notification regarding send the attendance of student through SMS. Now its compulsory for all school of Primary level and Upper primary level to sending Upasthiti through SMS. Attendance sms will be send from 9 am to 10 Am only. In case you will send sms after then your SMS will be accepted but you will be declared as Defaulter and one day salary will be deducted of all staff. So carefully send attendance SMS.  Try to enable delivery report of on your no which will confirm that your SMS is successfully deliver to prescribed NIC services . In case its not delivered then resend your SMS. Your mobile no is registered with Students details of your school in NIC server. 
Any teacher of school can send this sms because mobile no of all teacher is registered in NIC server.
You can also send SMS class wise or merged attendance of all class in single SMS. 
In case of New enrollment in your School, submit the updated new registration list to your BRC for updating it on NIC server.
In case you cut the name of the student of your class then Roll no of the class will not be disturbed and allotted roll no of particular students will not awarded to any other students.
Only roll no of those students who are absent will be send to NIC.

Indira Awas Yojana IAY UP Government Housing Scheme

Indira Awas Yojana (IAY), a most popular social housing  scheme of the Ministry of Rural Development MORD has since inception been providing aid to BPL families who are either houseless or having insufficient housing services for constructing a safe and strong protection. Beneficiary of this scheme will be Female Head of the family . In case female member not available in the family they Male member will be eligible for this scheme. Each selected beneficiary family will get rs 400 per month from the government. Government will distribute this pension on 6 month in two times in a year.
Eligible families will be get this pension in any nationalized bank or Regional rural bank RRB  in financial year 2012-13 government distribute 1100 lakh fund

Maternity Leave for government Female / women employee of Uttar pradesh
Just like central government and other state government, govt of Up provide maternity leave (matritva prasuti avkash). Maternity leave is provided by state government in two occasions for fixed time duration. Temporary and permanent both category of government employee can take maternity leave.
Eligibility criteria for maternity leave:
Maternity leave is given:  maternity leave is given from starting of maternity phases to 135 days. This leave will be only sanctioned for 1st child and 2nd living child. In case of third child, then no maternity leave will be given. in case female employee’s son is suffering from incurable diseases, or in case of Handicapped or Crippled or these situation is emerged in any of the children of two child then department may sanctioned your leave.
Maximum 3 times, leave will be sanctioned in whole service period.
Minimum time duration from last maternity leave will be 2 years.

Abortion or miscarriage leave: maximum 6 week leave will be sanctioned for miscarriage leave of abortion leave.
Employees are required to submit medical certificate with application form or maternity leave.
Salary during maternity leave:  full salary will be paid during maternity leave. Salary during maternity leave will be equal to last month salary issued by the concerned department.
This leave will not deducted from any leave Data however this leave may be added in other type of leave.
