UP Sachivalaya chaprasi Anusevak, farrash Bharti pariksha Syllabus Exam pattern

Sachivalaya prashasan vibhag uttar pradesh will publish the recruitment notification for inviting online application form for the recruitment of Anusevak and farrash posts.  Secretariat administration department SAD UP (SADUP ) invited application form online at the official website of SadUp.in which is http://online.sadup.in/
Total no of vacancies are 368 including various categories. More then 23 lakh candidates applied for the posts of Vidhan Sabha Sachivalaya 368 posts vacancy. if you also applied for the Anusevak and farrash recruitment , then start your preparation from now because high qualified professional degree holder like Ph.d , Dr, engineer . MCA , BCA , B.tech etc applied for this vacancy . so selection for the posts of chaprasi will not be easy for all .
Selection Procedure: application form is invited from class 5th pass candidates but maximum no of candidates are post graduate and High merit holder .selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the personal interview test. But more then 23 lakh candidates applied for this vacancy so recruitment process through personal interview test will not be easy task.
Last recruitment notification for chaprasi (peon) was cam in 2005 . but this time record not candidates applied for this vacancy. Government now deciding to conduct a screening test (bharti pariksha ) for scrutiny of the candidates .  for conducting a written examination government are required to change the Service Rule (niyamawali )
In case of changing the service rule, government are required to re invite the application form.

Selected Anusevak and farrash will be appointed in the pay scale of 5200-20200 and grade pay of rs 1800.
In the official Notification Vigyapan sankhya – 5158/104(Vi)/11 dated 10 august 2015 , SAD Up not published any information regarding question paper pattern and syllabus of Anusevak and farrash bharti .

As we know chaprasi posts of Sachivalaya prashasan is multi tasking Posts just Like SSC MTS . this posts is also similar to Railway group D recruitment. So candidates are advised to follow Group D syllabus of railway examination and SSC MTS recruitment. SSC Every year conduct MTS Examination for Group C category of the posts.   This examination is conducted for the recruitment of   Group-D posts such a Peon, Daftary, Jamadar, Junior Gestetner Operator, Farash, Chowkidar, Mali etc.

Paper-I will consist of Objective Type- Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set both in English & Hindi, except Part III. The Commission reserves the right to set the questions additionally in regional languages subject to technical feasibility.

Negative marking : There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
  Paper-II will be descriptive in which the candidate will be required to write short essay/letter in English and one language included in the 8th schedule of the Constitution.
  Paper-II will only be of qualifying nature and is intended to test elementary language skills in view of recategorization of the post as Group-C and in view of job requirements.
  Paper-II will be held only for such candidates who meet the cut-off prescribed by the Commission in Paper-I for different categories. The date and time of the Paper will be communicated to shortlisted candidates in due course. Commission reserves the right to set separate qualifying standard in any Part of Paper-I.

Syllabus

Paper-I Questions on ‘General Intelligence and Reasoning’ will be non-verbal considering the functions attached to the post. Questions on Numerical Aptitude and General English will be simple, of a level that an average matriculate will be in a position to answer comfortably. Questions on General Awareness will be also of similar standard.

General Intelligence: It would include questions of non-verbal type. The test will include questions on similarities and differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgment, decision making, visual memory, discriminating observation, relationship concepts, figure classification, arithmetical number series, non-verbal series etc. The test will also include questions designed to test the candidate’s abilities to deal with abstract ideas and symbols and their relationship, arithmetical computation and other analytical functions.

English Language : Candidates' understanding of the Basics of English Language, its vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms and its correct usage, etc. his/her writing ability would be tested.

Numerical Aptitude: This paper will include questions on problems relating to Number Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals and Fractions and relationship between Numbers, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount, use of Tables and Graphs, Mensuration, Time and Distance, Ratio and Time, Time and Work, etc.

General Awareness: Questions will be designed to test the ability of the candidate’s general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. Questions will also be designed to test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observation and experience in their scientific aspects as may be expected of an educated person. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighbouring countries especially pertaining to Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic scene, General Polity including Indian Constitution, and Scientific Research etc. These questions will be such that they do not require a special study of any discipline.

Railway  Group D Examination Details
The question paper for the written examination shall be based on class 10th standard consisting of 100 multiple choice (four) objective type questions aimed to assess
the General Knowledge/Awareness, Mathematics, General Science, Reasoning, etc.
(ii) The duration of the written examination shall be 90 (ninety) minutes.
(iii) The question paper shall be printed in Hindi and English and also in regional languages.
(iv) Negative Marking - There will be negative marking for wrong answers. One third marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer, i.e. one mark shall be deducted for every 3 wrong answers
The question paper for the written examination shall be based on Class 10th standard consisting of multiple choice objective type questions aimed to assess General Knowledge/Awareness, Mathematics and Reasoning etc. There will be no question for checking proficiency in language.
Questions will be in Hindi,English, Oriya,Urdu and Bengali.
Selection will be based on MERIT only. First there will be Written Examination. Candidates to a limited extent, in order of merit, out of those who obtained the prescribed minimum pass marks in Written Examination will be called for Physical Efficiency Test(PET). Those who will qualify in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will have to go through the original document verification. Candidates who will found eligible after Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be called for Medical Examination of relevant standard

  1. सचिवालय प्रशासन के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने कहा कि जब हमने आवेदनों को वर्गीकृत करना शुरू किया तो हमारी आंखे खुली की खुली रह गईं। 255 आवेदक पीएचडी है, डेढ़ लाख से अधिक स्नातक और लगभग 25 हजार एमए, एमएससी डिग्री धारक हैं, इनमें इंजीनियर और एमबीए भी हैं। अधिकारी ने बताया कि पहले चयन साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से होना था। मगर इतनी बडी संख्या में आए आवेदनों को देखते हुए साक्षात्कार के जरिए चयन में काफी दिन लग जाएंगे।

    उन्होंने बताया कि अभ्यर्थियों की भारी संख्या को देखते हुए चयन प्रक्रिया में बदलाव पर विचार हो रहा है और अब छटनी के लिए लिखित परीक्षा भी कराई जाएगी। चपरासियों के पदों पर पीएचडी उपाधिधारी अभ्यर्थियों समेत इतनी बड़ी संख्या में आए आवेदनों से विपक्षी दलों को सरकार पर हमला बोलने का एक और मौका दे दिया है।

    प्रदेश बीजेपी अध्यक्ष लक्ष्मीकांत बाजपेयी ने कहा कि समाजवादी पार्टी सरकार लोगों को रोजगार देने के वादे को पूरा करने में विफल रही है, जबकि तमाम विभागों में बड़ी संख्या में पद खाली पड़े हैं। कांग्रेस ने एक बयान जारी करके कहा कि यह आंकड़े सपा सरकार के विकास के दावे की पोल खोलने वाले हैं। रोजगार देने के उसके वादों का क्या हुआ। चपरासी पद पर इतने पढ़े लिखे युवकों का आवेदन यह बताने के लिए पर्याप्त है कि बेरोजगारी का आलम क्या है।
