Supreme Court of Indian Recently has given there decision on AIPMT written examination 2015. Finally SC given there judgment and canceled the AIPMT medical entrance examination 2015. CBSE conducted All India level pre Medical Test on 3 May 2015 for the admission in MBBS / BDS and other medical program offered by government and private medical colleges of all over India. But due to large-scale cheating across the country at various centers, many parents filed a case in Supreme Court for reconducting the entrance examination.
A bench of justices R K Agrawal and Amitava Roy passed a Order to the CBSE to conduct re examination within four weeks.

Approximately 6.3 lakh students appeared in the AIPMT entrance examination. due to this decision its expected that this year counselling and Admission process for Medical program may delayed. The court scrapped the paper after it came to light that many students across the country managed to take electronic devices with them inside exam hall and answers were transmitted to them on the device from outside.
The court said that CBSE has been outwitted by tech-savvy students who manipulated the exam process.
The re-examination was ordered after police failed to track out all the erring students. The court said that entire exam process stood vitiated due to the cheating leaving it with no option but to scrap the exam.
It said that there would be huge injustice to genuine students who burnt midnight oil to crack the examination but failed to get through the exam due to manipulation and some other undeserving students managed to get admission.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने तीन मई को आयोजित परीक्षा में कथित तौर पर व्यापक अनियमितता के आरोपों के मद्देनजर ऑल इंडिया प्री मेडिकल टेस्ट 2015 दोबारा आयोजित करने की मांग से संबंधित याचिकाओं पर 12 जून को अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रखा था।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट में न्यायमूर्ति आर के अग्रवाल और न्यायमूर्ति अमिताभ राय की अवकाश पीठ ने कहा कि इसकी घोषणा जल्द ही होगी और तब तक केंद्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड (सीबीएसई) से एआईपीएमटी परिणाम घोषित नहीं करने को कहा था।
सुनवाई के दौरान पीठ ने कहा था, अगर एक भी छात्र अवैध रूप से लाभान्वित होता है तब परीक्षा की गुणवत्ता खराब होती है। शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा था, इस तरह से हम सीबीएसई को दोषी नहीं ठहरा रहे हैं। पिछली घटनाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए सीबीएसई को इन चीजों पर संज्ञान लेना चाहिए था। ऐसा पिछले दो-तीन वर्षों से हो रहा है। सीबीएसई की तरफ से अदालत में पेश सॉलिसिटर जनरल रंजीत कुमार ने परीक्षा रद्द करने की दलील का विरोध करते हुए कहा था, 6.3 लाख छात्रों को फिर से परीक्षा देने के लिए विवश नहीं किया जा सकता जब गलत तरीकों से केवल 44 छात्रों के अनुचित तरीकों से लाभ प्राप्त करने की बात पायी गई है।
आठ जून को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एआईपीएमटी परीक्षा का परिणाम घोषित करने पर 12 जून तक के लिए रोक लगा दी थी। इससे पहले अवकाश पीठ ने हरियाणा पुलिस से ताजा रिपोर्ट पेश करने को कहा, जिसमें इस बात का जिक्र हो कि प्री मेडिकल परीक्षा में कथित अनियमितता का लाभ कितने परीक्षार्थियों को मिला है। पीठ ने पुलिस को कथित लीक का लाभ उठाने वाले अधिक से अधिक छात्रों की पहचान करने को कहा।
उल्लेखनीय है कि सीबीएसई को पांच जून को एआईपीएमटी का परिणाम घोषित करना था, जिसमें छह लाख से अधिक छात्रों ने हिस्सा लिया था। शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा, हम इन बातों से पूरी तरह से अवगत हैं। बड़ा विषय यह है कि परीक्षा की पवित्रता संदेह के घेरे में आ गई है। हम इस बात से पूरी तरह से आश्वस्त होना चाहते हैं कि परीक्षा फिर से लेने के अलावा और कोई विकल्प नहीं है। पीठ ने कहा कि वह कोई भी निर्णय जल्दबाजी में नहीं करना चाहती।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा, हमें पूरी तरह से आश्वस्त होना होगा। हम किसी कार्रवाई के लिए आलोचना का सामना नहीं करना चाहते। पीठ ने पुलिस को अन्य लाभार्थियों का पता लगाने को कहा। पीठ ने कहा कि हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि जांच पूरी हो। यह आगे की कार्रवाई पर निर्णय करने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है।
