State government of uttar pradesh launched a very good scheme for farmer of uttar pradesh named Kisan pardarshi yojana. Under the Former Transparent scheme all subsidy of the selected beneficiary will be transferred in the bank account of farmer. For getting the benefit of all type agriculture related subsidy, online registration application form now available online.  List of selected beneficiary will be published by Krishi vibhag uttar pradesh . Agriculture department up now started the online registration for this scheme. Currently very less now farmer now registered for this scheme. Online subsidy (Anudan ) will be transfer from 1 April . Many lakh farmers still are unregistered for this scheme so this is a big question how other farmer will get their subsidy.  In Allahabad only 25 thousands farmer are registered out  of 5 lakh approximate no of farmer.  Just like gas subsidy transfer scheme DBTL, subsidy for land sampling , agriculture instrument,  fertilizer , seed , agriculture prevention chemical will be directly transfer in the beneficiary farmer’s bank account.  Well this is very good initiative just like gas subsidy transfer scheme but due to unavailability of enough guideline farmer are not able to get registered for this scheme . 
Currently registration processing is running very slowly in all district of uttar pradesh.  Zila Krishi adhikari (District farmer officer DFO) also not taking this matter serious that how remaining farmer will be registered. 
May DFO are saying that agency will move on gram panchayat level for providing the facility of kisan pardarshi yojana.

Registration process of Kisan pardarshi yojana: if you want to do registration for kisan pardarshi yojana, then first of dial a toll free no of agriculture department of uttar pradesh which Is 18002001050. After completing two rings, your call will be disconnect and a call back will be come from service centre. They will ask you name address and your block name only. After that call will be disconnected.
Now farmer are required to submit photocopy of bank pass book, khatauni  (BhuLekh ), ID proof, in the office of Rajkiya Krishi bhandar (government agriculture godown) or your concerned block office .  After that your registration process will be completed by department.
After successfully registration , you will get message of the registration on your mobile no.
You will also get other type update o your mobile like weather forecast and other information like when irrigation is required for a particular crops , when you have to sow your crop and good time for harvest  , fertilizer timing , plant disease and prevention of them. Etc. All these update will be available on your mobile.

Selection procedure: poor farmer will get preference in this scheme .  Selection of the eligible farmer will be done on gram panchayat level/ block level. all details of selected farmer will be available online which  will be helpful for ensuring the maximum transparency in the selection procedure . After completing online registration you can also get all information like amount which you get as a subsidy in your bank account from department .
