Junior Clerk / Copyists - pay of Rs. 5200- 20,200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900
Jr. Typists    - Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/
Stenographer Grade-III Rs. 5200-20,200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2400

Eligibility Criteria
Education qualification: passed at least +2 examination
Technical Qualification - least passed Diploma in Computer Application
Language qualification - speak read and write Oriya and have passed a test in Oriya equivalent
Skill qualification for Steno – minimum speed of 80 words in short Hand and 40 words in type writing per minute

Age limit – 18- 32 year as on 23 October 2017

Selection procedure:
  • Written examination
  • Computer Test
  • Personal Interview test

Written examination Question paper pattern
Part 1 – 
  • English – 100 marks, 2 hr time duration
  • Arithmetic – 100 marks 1 hr time duration
  • General Knowledge – 100 marks 1 hr time duration

Part 2 – computer science practical - 100 marks

Personal interview test- 45 marks

Pattern of steno posts
Subject and marks with time duration
  • English (Written, qualifying in nature) 100 marks 2 hr 
  • Type Test for Typist 50 marks 10 minutes 
  • Shorthand & Type Test for Stenographer 50 marks 15 minutes

Part 2 - Computer Science (Practical) 100 marks
Viva Voce Test 35 marks

Relaxation in fee - S.C. and S.T. candidates are exempted from payment of examination fees
