Bihar School Examination Board, Patna | Bihar prarambhik
sikshak Madhyamik Prashikshit patrata pariksha 2017 | Teacher Eligibility
Test
Background and logic of Bihar Tet Examination:
Under the mandatory and free Child Rights Act 2009, a large number of teachers
will be required for a specific period of time in the whole country, especially
in Bihar. In this order it is necessary that the quality of teachers in the
recruitment process is not affected in any situation. For this it is very
important to ensure that the person who is appointed as a teacher will have
academic ability and ability to compete with the challenges of elementary
education.
According to the rules declared by the National Council for Teacher Education under section 23 of the Essential and Free Educational Act, 2009, it has been mandatory to pass the teacher's eligibility examination for the appointment of a teacher in class I-VIII in schools. In this context, "Bihar Preliminary Teacher (Trained) Eligibility Examination -2017" is being organized in the elementary schools of Bihar for classes I-V and up to class VI-VIII under the aegis of Bihar School Examination Committee, Patna. This will be an effective step in the selection process of qualified teachers. "Qualifying in the Bihar Preliminary Teacher (Trained) Eligibility Test-2017 'does not give any person the right to recruit / employ, because it is the only eligibility criterion for appointment."
