Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation GMRC Limited GMRCL, published the official
recruitment Notification No. GMRC/HR/RECT/O&M/12‐2021/01 Date: 22nd December, 2021 for inviting online application form for various
category of the posts. All eligible candidates who hold the eligibility criteria
for Gujarat Metro Rail, they can fill application form online at the official
website of Gujarat Metro. Online registration process has been started from 22 December 2021. Last date of application form submission is
21 January 2022. Notification is published for Non-Executive posts for operations
& maintenance to be filled up on direct recruitment basis for a period of
five years initially on contractual basis. Total 118 posts will be filled
through this recruitment Notification.

Selection procedure:

will be based on through online examination and personal interview test.
Selection process will comprise following stagesPaper based test for the eligible candidate who meet the educational qualification and other
criteria mentioned on page no. 1 shall be made on pattern provided on page3:
i. Written Test : 100 marks
ii. Gujarati Language test : 20 marks
Securing minimum score (General category candidates 60 percent marks and for reservation category (SC/ST / OBC) candidates 50 percent marks) in the test of Gujarati language shall only be considered for selection. The marks in Gujarati language will not be considered for merit listing.
For Station Controller / Train Operator (SC / TO), Customer Relations Assistant (CRA) &
Junior Engineer :
Duration of the test will be 120 minutes (2 hours) for all parts together.
The test will consist of Gujarati language (20 questions), Logical ability & Reasoning (20 questions) and Quantitative aptitude (20 questions), General English (20 questions) and Technical Knowledge (40 questions).
For Maintainers (MTNR)
Duration of the test will be 120 minutes.
The test will consist 100 questions:
Technical Knowledge (40 questions), Gujarati language (20 questions), Logical ability & Reasoning (15 questions), Quantitative aptitude (10 questions) and General English (15 questions).

PENALTY FOR WRONG ANSWERS:
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate; ‘one fourth’ of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e., no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question

Application Form Fee
1. General / Un- Reserved (including Ex-servicemen), candidates are required to pay a Nonrefundable fee of Rs.600/- (inclusive of bank charges plus servicetax).
2. SEBC/OBC candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 300/- (inclusive of bank charges plus service tax).
3. SC/ST candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 150/- (inclusive of bank charges plus service tax)
