Municipal service commission MSC
published the official recruitment notification MSC/web/ 75 /Direct – I / Dated:-
03.12.2016 for inviting online application form for various category of the
posts. All eligible candidates who hold the eligibility criteria they can fill
application form online at the official website of MSC
WB. Last date of online registration process is 3 January 2017. Notification is
published for filling 40 posts of AE and sub AE. Advertisement is published for
total 80 posts of assistant engineer.

Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates
will be based on through the written examination followed by personal interview
test.
Question paper pattern of written examination as are
following
Written Test;- (200 marks) OMR based written examination of multiple choice,
Objective type of 100 questions carrying 2 (two) marks each
will be conducted. There will be negative marking and 1(one) mark will be
deducted for each and every incorrect / wrong answer. Question will be set in
English and time allowed will be 2 (two) hours.
Personality Test/Interview (40 marks):- Candidates about
3(three) times of the
Vacancy will be called on merit basis for Personality
Test/Interview.
Syllabus: Syllabus of Written test for the post of Assistant
Engineer (Civil) & Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil)
:- The examination will be on the standard of course content of the
essential qualification indicated for concerned post.

for sc, st, and ph
Candidates can deposit application form fee through challan
form.
