Important details of SUDAUP housing scheme as are following.
Under the SUDA Awas yojana , government provided housing benefit for different categories
All subsidy will be directly transferred in the beneficiary bank account under the Credit link interested subsidy scheme CLIES .
Subsidy will be given as are following
6.5% interest rate subsidy for 6 lakh amount up to 15 years .
2.5 lakh donation for participation under the AHP component for sell price of the home.
2.5 lakh donation for contribution of individual beneficiary
2.5 lakh anudan for Awas Vistar (home extension)
Eligibility criteria: all citizens of uttar pradesh who are living in the area of nagar Nigam, nagar palika parishad, nagar panchayat uttar pradesh can fill application form.
A personal who don’t have any home are living in jhuggi basti, or on rent they are eligible.
A persona who doesn’t have any type of home they are eligible.
Applicant must not have any type of pakka house in India or don’t have Awas of the 21 square meter.
Family income – must not more then 3 lakh for for EWS category families , 3 lakh to 6 for LIG category per year .

Application form is now available at the office of Suda Karyalaya of nagar Nigam, nagar palika parishad, nagar panchayat, etc .
After filling manual application form submit it the conceder suda up office, nagar Nigam office, nagar pariksha parishad, nagar panchayat Karyalaya etc.
