Reserve bank of India published the official
recruitment notification for filling posts of Grade B officer of general and
direct recruitment. Total no of vacancies are 199 posts of
different categories. Out of 199 posts there are 156 posts for grade b officer
general category, 20 posts for officer for economic policy and research, and 23 posts for Grade B officer for statistics and information management. Selection of the eligible candidates will be
based on through the written examination. First of all phase 1 examination will
be conducted for all candidates for screening purpose. Phase one exam was held on .................... various examination centers. All those candidates who will be declared
qualified in the preliminary examination of phase 1 they will be can for phase 2
main examinations. In the last final qualified candidates will be call for phase
3 examination.
Total 6 attempts will be allowed for general candidates for
phase 1 examination of RBI officer grade.
However there are no attempt restriction for OBC , SC , ST ,
PWD category candidates .
Selection process: selection of the eligible candidates will
be based on through the online examination and personal interview test.
Question paper analysis of RBI officer Grade B Examination
Phase 1 examination will carry maximum 200 marks. Exam was held in two shifts. Question was asked from general awareness,
English language, Quantitative aptitude and reasoning. Total 120 minutes time
duration was given for attempting the question paper.
