BPL is also referred as below the poverty line. BPL list is prepared by all state government
for providing the special benefit in government scheme for the poor of cocnered
village / Block or district. Public
distribution system also work on the basic of BPL Suchi . Under the instruction
of central government of 1 June 1997 PDS system was launched in Uttar pradesh
for provided the benefit of poor families. State government identified all
families who are living under the Poverty line (Garibi rekha) on the basis of
census of 1991 and publish BPL list in 1 march 2001. Total 106.79 lakh families
was selected for BPL list. Out of 106.79
lakh BPL families, 32.423 lakh candidates was categories in Antyodaya list (अन्त्योदय) .
Each BPL families / BPL Ration card holder now getting
35 rs Ration per month . Total 23 Kg wheat at the rate of 4.65 kg
, 12 kg rice at the rate of 6.15 per kg,
will be provided. 700 Gm Per unit Sugar
will be provided at the rate of 13.5 kg.
recently government change the ration of wheat and Rice to 20:15 in 8
mandal which are Faizabad , Devipatan ,
Allahabad, Varanasi , Mirzapur , Gorakhpur , Basti and Azamgarh
zone.
What is Antyodaya yojana : Antyodaya scheme is launched by central
government in the welfare of poor families.
Under this scheme, the poorest families in rural and urban areas are getting
wheat , rice on very less prices . Beneficiary
of Antyodaya yojana are getting wheat are the rate of 2 rs per kg , and rice at the rate of 3 rs
per kg. Total 35 kg ration are provided to each families. Levi sugar is provided 700 gram per unit at
the rate of 13.5 per kg.
APL list / Above the poverty line: government also prepared
the list of families who are above the Poverty line and its also referred as
APL list. Government also 35 KG ration
for APL ration card holder . wheat 6.6 rs and rice 8.45 per kg provided to each
APl families . total 23 KG wheat and 12
rice provided for APL card holder.

बीपीएल परिवारों को नि:शुल्क मिलेगा रसोई गैस कनेक्शन
शहरों के बाद अब गांवों को धुआं रहित बनाने के लिए केंद्र सरकार की प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना एक मई से पूरे देश भर में लागू हो रही है. इस योजना से वैसे बीपीएल परिवारों को इसका लाभ मिल पायेगा, जिन्होंने अब तक रसोई गैस अपने रसोई घरों में नहीं देख पाये थे. देश के गांवों में रहनेवाले बीपीएल परिवारों को इस योजना के तहत नि:शुल्क ही रसोई गैस एजेंसियां कनेक्शन, चूल्हा व गैस भी उपलब्ध करायेगी.
रसोई गैस एजेंसी को इस योजना में बीपीएल परिवार से एक पैसे भी नहीं लेने है. नि:शुल्क रसोई गैस प्राप्त करने के लिए बीपीएल परिवारों को पति-पत्नी का आधार कार्ड, बैंक पासबुक व फोटो उपलब्ध कराने है. लाभुकों को इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए बीपीएल कार्ड या सूची भी उपलब्ध नहीं कराने होंगे.
क्योंकि विभिन्न तेल गैस एजेंसियों ने अपने-अपने एजेंसियों को यह सूची उपलब्ध करा रखी है. इस योजना को बढ़ावा देने के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने देश के सभी गैस एजेंसियों को निर्देश जारी किये है. इस योजना का लाभ अधिक से अधिक बीपीएल परिवारों को उपलब्ध हो सके, इसके लिए गैस एजेंसियों में महिला कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति करना अनिवार्य बताया गया है.
आधार कार्ड से जरूरी विकल्प :
बीपीएल परिवार होने के साथ-साथ इस योजना में आधार कार्ड जरूरी विकल्प बन गया है. बीपीएल सूची उपलब्ध नहीं होने के बाद भी इस योजना का लाभ पाने के लिए ऐसे लोगों को पति-पत्नी का आधार कार्ड, बैंक पासबुक व फोटो उपलब्ध कराना जरूरी है. इस योजना के तहत महिलाओं के नाम से ही नि:शुल्क रसोई गैस कनेशन जारी किया जाना है.
