Commission in Law entry is granted initially for 10 years and extendable upto
14 years in 2 steps i.e. 10+2 +2 subject to service requirement/ performance
and willingness of the candidates. Extension beyond 14 years is not permitted
Eligibility criteria :
Age limit: 22 – 27 year that means candidates must have been
born between 2 jan 1990- to 1 jan 1995
Education qualification: graduation degree in Law, Qualifying
for enrollment as an advocate under advocate act 1961 with minimum 55% marks.

Selection procedure for Law officer job in Indian navy
Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on
through the SSB Interview. Candidates will be call for SSB interview on the
basis of marks Obtained by the candidates in law degree course . SSB interview test will be held at
Banga-lore/Bhopal/Coimbatore/Visakhapatnam
during Jun 16 to Sep 16. short listed candidates will be informed about their
selection for SSB interview on their Email or SMS.
SSB interview test will comprise two stage .
1st state will be based on intelligence test, Picture
Perception and Discussion test will be conducted on the first day of arrival at
SSB.
Stage II tests comprising of Psychological testing, Group
testing and Interview will last for 04 days. Successful candidates will
thereafter undergo Medical Examination (approx duration 03-05 days).
