Bihar Government has published a notification regarding
conducting entrance exam through Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Exam.-2021 for the educational year/ session 2021. Candidates can fill the
application form only through online mode and after filling the application form
it will be sent on the given address (Controller of Examination, B.C.E.C.E.
Board, I.A.S. Association Building, Near Patna Airport, P.O.-B.V.College, and
Patna – 800014)
as per the B.C.E.C.E. norms but candidates can give the exam only through
offline mode.
There are 17 different stream such as Civil, Mechanical,
Electrical, Chem., Met., Prod., ECE, Arch., Min., CSE, B.Ph., AEI, TXE, L.TECH.,
Information Technology, E. Electro., and Private Pilot License Course.
There are 40 seats for the (PPL) Private Pilot License
Course, 1000 above seats are available for the Medical/Homoeopathic/Ayurvedic
stream, 475 seats are available for the agricultural stream and more than 1000
seats in other streams. Candidates can pay the examination fee by both modes
that is online as well as offline mode. All the eligible candidates can fill the
application form till the Last/closing date for receiving the hard copy of

Eligibility Criteria: there will be minimum age for the Bihar
Combined Entrance Exam which is 17 years but there is no limit for maximum
age.
Educational and Technical Qualification:
Candidates who are perusing intermediate or equivalent to it
they can also apply for the entrance examination. General Candidates must have
10+2 degree at least with 50% marks including (Physics + Chemistry +
Mathematics/Biology ), But in case of SC/ST and BC/EBC candidates it should be
45%.
Selection procedure:
There will be two written exam for the B.C.E.C.E. entrance
exam and Medical Checkup and Counseling , which is Qualifying Paper (200
questions having 4 marks each for the duration 2 hours 15 minutes)
Written question paper 2nd (this paper contain 4 different
subjects exam for the durations of 1 hour 30 minutes on the same day)
Medical Checkup
Counseling / Interview.
Syllabus and question paper pattern:
There are two question paper for qualifying Bihar Combined
Entrance Competitive Examination-2021 The type of question paper will be based
on multiple choice questions (MCQ) and questions are of 12th standard
(according to Bihar syllabus).
Syllabus and time table for qualifying paper (first question
paper): paper will contain 200 objective type questions for total marks 600 and
total timing will be 2 hours 15 minutes.
There will be 4 sections and each section contains 50
questions of 4 marks each. For every wrong answer one will be negative marking
and four sections are related to Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and
Mathematics.
Syllabus and time table for step second question paper:
This paper also contain four sections and each question will
carry four marks. There will be negative marking also, one mark for each wrong
answer

How to Apply:
For filling the online application form for BCECE- 2021 candidates must click on BCECE’s Website (www.bceceboard.com).
Candidates can pay examination fee through both modes (online
and offline).
Candidates must Fill the Personal Information and upload
their photo Signature with the name of applicants and date.
Candidates must Fill the Educational Information and after
completing all the steps for filling the application form, candidates can
download both the part of application form that is part-A and part-B. and one
part will be sent on the following address.

Examination Fee and mode of payment: candidates can pay the
application fee by both modes that is online as well as offline.
Paying payment through online mode: candidates can pay the
application fee through online mode by clicking on "Online Payment" and by using
Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card of any bank which is listed on the
website of B.C.E.C.E. Including Processing Charge and Service Tax.
Paying payment through offline mode: candidates can pay the
application fee through offline mode by using bank challan which, will be
deposited in Kenara bank. For it candidates must have to pay Rs 60/- in
extra.
Examination fee for those candidates who, are opting at least
one subject group from the subject group PCM (Physics, Chemistry &
Mathematics) or PCB (Physics, Chemistry & Biology).
Rs 660/- for General and BC/EBC categories candidate.
Rs 330/- for SC/ST candidates
Application fee for those candidates who, are opting all the
four subjects of the group PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics &
Biology).
Rs 730/- for General and BC/EBC categories candidate.
Rs 365/- for SC/ST candidates
