107 Jharkhand Judicial service Exam PCS J civil Judge 2022

Jharkhand public service commission has published the official recruitment Notification / vigyapan  for inviting online application form for Jharkhand Judicial service latest job vacancies. Jharkhand lok sewa ayog published notification for civil Judge junior Division recruitment on their official website of JPSC. Total no of proposed no vacancies of civil judge Junior Division are 107 including various categories. All interested candidates who hold the eligibility criteria they are can fill application form online at the official website of JPSC .

Salary :   Pay Scale- 27,700-770-33,090-920-40,450-1,080-44,770

Eligibility criteria : graduation degree in law / LLb / LLB 5 years
 And enrolled as an advocate under the Advocates, Act, 1961 till last date of submission of application form. Valid registration is must. The suspended Registration not be accepted

Age limit:  minimum 22 year and maximum 35 year

Selection procedure: selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through the written examination followed by mains examination. all those candidates who will be declared qualified in the mains examination of JPSC PCS J examination they will be call for Personal interview test . final selection for the post of Civil Judges, Junior Division (Munsif) will be based on marks obtained by the candidates in Mains examination and personal interview .

Question paper pattern and syllabus of Jharkhand Judicial service as are following
Preliminary exam will carry maximum 100 marks. Negative marking or minus will not applicable in this examination. Total 2 hour time duration will be given for attempting the question paper in pre examination.

Pattern for main examination . Main examination  will comprise four question paper. Each question paper will carry 100 marks .

Syllabus:-
(a) "Preliminary Entrance Test" means Written Examination (Multiple Choice Questions/Objective Type) only and the candidates declared successful in this test shall be eligible for the Main Examination.
(b) "Main Examination" means Written Examination (Subjective) and the candidates declared successful in this Test shall be eligible for Viva-Voce Test.
(c) "Viva-Voce Test" means an Oral Examination.

The Syllabus for the Preliminary Entrance Test shall consist of :-
(i) General English
(ii) General Knowledge (including Current Affairs)
(iii) The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
(iv) The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
(v) The Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
(vi) The Law of Contract, 1872.
(vii) The Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Syllabus for main examination of Jharkhand pCS j
Paper - I
(i) Procedural Law (The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973).
(ii) The Indian Penal Code, 1860.
(iii) The Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
(iv) The Limitation Act, 1963.

Paper - II
(i) The Contract Act, 1872
(ii) The Sales of Goods Act, 1930
(iii) The Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881
(iv) The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
(v) The Transfer of Property Act, 1882

Paper - III
(i) The Hindu Law and The Mohammedan Law
(ii) Rent Control Law.
(iii) The Specific Relief Act, 1963
(iv) Jurisprudence
Paper IV (Language)
Hindi & English (Essay, Precise writing, Translation & Paraphrase)
10. Duration of Main Examination shall be of three hours for each paper.

In the last all those candidates who will be declared qualified in pre and main exam they will be call for personal interview test. Personal interview test will carry 100 marks.
In the Viva-Voce Test the minimum required qualifying marks would be 25% for the General category candidates and 20% for SC/ST/EBC & BC


Application form fee: candidates can deposit application form fee through Credit card, Debit card, internet banking o challan form. Application form fee facility is available at SBI collect website.

    As I am a central government employee so I can't register myself as an advocate till I am in service.
    I have llb degree (3 years)
