UP PCS Notification 2017 UPPSC Upper Subordinate Services Posts 331

Uttar pradesh public service commission (लोक सेवा आयोग उत्तर प्रदेश ) every year conducts a state level written examination (पीसीएस) for the recruitment of combined state Upper Subordinate services (संयुक्त राज्य एवं प्रवर अधीनस्थ सेवा परीक्षा (पीसीएस) ). Upper Subordinate services examination is equivalent to State services examination  of other States and this examination is also known as UP PCS or Sammilit Rajya pravar Adhinasth seva. Selection of UP PCS Vacancies will be based on through the state level preliminary examination, mains examination and personal interview test. every year notification of UPPSC PCS examination comes in the month of January. Application form for Upper subordinate services is invited online (ऑनलाइन आवेदन ) only at the official website of Lok Sewa Ayog. Preliminary examination conducted in the month of March. After that those candidates who declared qualified in the written examination they will be call for mains examination which is conducted in the month of august. In the last those candidates who declared qualified in the main examination they call for personal interview test. Selected candidates will be appointed in the pay scale of 15600-34800 and grade pay of 5400. Every year approximately 4 to 5 lakh candidates are filling application form for Upper subordinate service but very few lucky candidates selected for UP PCS. Selection procedure; uttar pradesh Lok Sewa ayog will conduct state level Pre exam at various examination centers of all over  uttar pradesh .  Selection process will comprise following phases.
Preliminary Exam: first of all a preliminary exam will be held for all candidates for screening purpose.  Preliminary examination will be objective type MCQ based. 
Pre exam will comprise total 2 question paper. Each question paper will carry 200 marks. Total 2 hours time duration will be given for attempting the each question paper. Questions of both papers will be objective type and MCQ based.  First paper contains 15 question and 2nd paper will contains 100 subject . Pre exam paper1 will be started from 9: 30 am and paper 2 will be started from 2:30 pm.

Negative Marking : Minus marking will not applicable in pre exam

Personal interview test: all those candidates will be declared qualified in the Preliminary and mains examination they will be call for personal interview test or Viva Voce. 
Personal interview test will carry  total  200 marks .

On-line application will be completed in three stages
First stage: - Basic Registration form of Up pcs .
Second stage:- There shall be 2 choice for depositing the application form  fee which are E-Challan and I-collect. On the copy of the E-Challan given by the Bank, transaction ID/Journal No. and date shall be mentioned which shall be used at the time of filling the form at third stage.
Third stage:- After depositing the application form  fee in the Bank, the candidate two day after on the next working day (after 2.00 pm) shall enter information On-line in the format, available in Commission’s website by clicking “Submit Application Form”. The photo and signature, duly scanned shall be uploaded also. Don’t forget to take print out of application form. 
Application Form fee: rs 115 for general and OBC category , rs 55 for sc, st, rs 15 for physical handicapped candidates  .
